 Select the service(s) you need—dog walking, in-home pet sitting, transportation, exotic care, or anything in between—and tell us your preferred dates, times, and special instructions. If you’re a new client, we’ll reach out to schedule a free consultation. 

 You’ll have the option to enter detailed care notes about your pet, including feeding routines, behavioral traits, medical needs, walking preferences, and home access instructions. This allows us to personalize our service and ensure continuity of care. 

 Once we’ve reviewed your request and matched you with an available professional, you’ll receive a confirmation via email or text, including your scheduled service date, time window, and assigned caregiver. Emergency or last-minute requests are processed as quickly as possible based on availability. 

 During your service, you’ll receive live updates, GPS-tracked walk reports, photos, and visit notes, so you can stay connected with your pet even when you’re away.
